Robert Pattinson is a pretty private guy but the whole world now knows about Kristen’s affair with a married man. Although she issued a public apology, Rob is ‘horrified’ and thinks it was ‘totally unacceptable’ for Kristen to go public with what should have been a private matter.
Robert Pattinson recently revealed he doesn’t understand why people cheat, so when photos surfaced of girlfriend Kristen Stewart kissing her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, Rob was devastated.“[Rob] was horrified that she issued a public apology to him. It was even more surprising because the two of them had this very specific personal agreement about not ‘going public’ with their relationship, until they both agreed it was the right time,” a source told Perez Hilton.
“To do it this way — apologizing for cheating on him — ended up being totally unacceptable.”
Rob was head over heels in love with Kristen — close to proposing, in fact — so this news is a horrific blow to his heart and ego. Moving trucks were spotted at the home Kristen and Rob once shared on July 29, so the couple is definitely taking some time apart.
“He is still in total shock, but Rob is a very, very proud man. And Kristen knew how he feels about remaining faithful, loyalty and commitment.”
